Since 2007, we have been working alongside ALA's founders develop their dream:
- Serving as Board members and advisors to leadership team
- Coaching and partnering with ALA staff
- Introducing ALA to other partners and funders
- Helping build specific new pieces of the ALA operation (University support, employment on the continent - Africa Careers Network)
- Mentoring hundreds of individual young leaders in the network
- Matching the young leaders to employers, funding their return to the continent through stipend and transportation support and venture start-up funding
